Request to Join
Showing your interest in our organization is easy. Simply fill out a membership application and mail it to us with the appropriate documentation, as well as a check for your membership dues to our mailing address. The membership dues for our association include:
Event Support
The VHPAF encourages our members to support as many events as possible around the state. Currently, we have a group of 324 paid-up members, which consist of 250 life and 74 dues-paying members. We are happy to assist any charitable organization or event that supports veterans.
When you request our support, we'll provide marchers and riders for parades, a static display OH-6 (LOACH) helicopter that flew in Vietnam, and Vietnam paraphernalia/museum display items. Early requests for support with dates should be made at least 6 months in advance because of the many commitments that we have scheduled.

Volunteering
While we want to support functions around Florida, we frequently need volunteers to complete setup duties, help with our sales and the museum display, march and ride in parades, answer questions about the LOACH, and takedown displays after events. Any time that you can dedicate is highly appreciated. We especially need lots of volunteers for the 5 days at Sun-N-Fun in Lakeland and 5 days at the Veterans Welcome Home and Resource Center in Melbourne.
